I think that we joke about retail therapy a lot, but if I'm being honest there is something really empowering about going out and shopping and treating yourself.

when i share my mental health diagnosis, the most common response i get is 'i'm so sorry.' even therapists remind me not to feel ashamed of my diagnosis...before i've even said anything, assuming that the acronyms associated with my mental health are an obvious source of shame.

Nastassia is a 20 year-old-second time founder, starting a 7-figure fitness apparel brand at age 18 named Nasty Fit.
